Classic Outlook for Windows renders email with Microsoft Word, not a browser. That's why so many email signatures look fine in Gmail and broken in Outlook. SIGNÉ exports two builds of every signature: one for web mail, and one written for Outlook.

    Outlook repaints links in its own blue. The Outlook build locks your colour in, as shown on the right.

  • No floating layers

    Overlays are built from table cells, not positioned elements that Gmail and Outlook strip out.

  • Images keep their size

    Every photo and logo has fixed dimensions and is pre-cropped, so nothing stretches.

  • Fixes stay contained

    Outlook-only changes live in the Outlook build, so they never touch what Gmail receives.

Questions people actually ask.

Do I need to make an account?
No. SIGNÉ has no login and no backend. Your signature is saved in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to a server.
Will my signature look right in Outlook?
That's the problem SIGNÉ is built around. It exports a separate version of your signature written for classic desktop Outlook, alongside the version for everything else.
Which email clients are supported?
Gmail, Outlook (classic desktop, web and new Outlook), Apple Mail and Spacemail. Those are the clients we've tested against.
Can I add a photo?
Yes. Crop it as a circle, an angle or a hexagon and see it in the preview straight away. Email apps need your photo at a public HTTPS link, and the editor walks you through that before you copy.
Does the campaign banner update in emails I've already sent?
No. The banner is part of the signature you copy, so sent emails keep the banner they had. To change it, edit the banner and paste your signature again.
